HOA MEETINGS:

The HOA will be meeting quarterly during 2026. The Meetings will take place on January 28, April 22, July 22 and October 28. In October we will have our meeting to approve the budget for 2027.

The next HOA Meeting will take place on January 28, 2026 at 7:15 PM (immediately following the Crimewatch Meeting) at the Ivanhoe Community Center (6101 Volunteer Road). This meeting will be held in person only for the month of January.

When logging into Zoom for the meeting, please input your name and address into the chat for our records. If you do not input your name and Waverly Hundred address, you will be disconnected from the Zoom meeting.

Here you can access the HOA Meeting Minutes for 2022 - 2026. If you wish to see Minutes from an earlier HOA Meeting, please email the Property Manager and request a copy. The Board does not meet in November and December. Also - please note that March through May of 2020 is missing since the Board did not meeting during those months due to the pandemic and COVID 19 Protocols. Zoom meetings took place beginning June of 2020.
