HOA MEETINGS:

The HOA will be meeting quarterly during 2025.The 2025 HOA Meetings will take place on January 22, April 23, July 23 and October 22. In October we will have our meeting to approve the budget for 2026.

The next HOA Meeting will take place in April at 7:15 PM (immediately following the Crimewatch Meeting) via the Zoom App.

When logging into Zoom for the meeting, please input your name and address into the chat for our records. If you do not input your name and Waverly Hundred address, you will be disconnected from the Zoom meeting.

Here you can access the HOA Meeting Minutes for 2022 - 2024. If you wish to see Minutes from an earlier HOA Meeting, please email the Property Manager and request a copy. The Board does not meet in November and December. Also - please note that March through May of 2020 is missing since the Board did not meeting during those months due to the pandemic and COVID 19 Protocols. Zoom meetings took place beginning June of 2020.
