The Waverly Hundred Homeowners Association will hold quarterly meetings throughout 2026.

These meetings provide homeowners with updates on community matters and an opportunity to stay informed and engaged.

The October meeting will include the review and approval of the proposed 2027 budget.

For record-keeping purposes, all homeowners attending via Zoom are required to enter their full name and Waverly Hundred address in the chat upon joining the meeting.

Attendees who do not provide this information will be removed from the Zoom meeting.
